Miss Ginger has been a part of UCP Preschool for over a decade. Before serving as Director, she was our Assistant Director. She has a true passion for working with children and impacting their lives in a positive way. Miss Ginger is an adventure-loving, happy director and can't wait to welcome you to the school family!

Tracie Lambakis

Assistant Director

Miss Tracie is dedicated to UCP Preschool and has served in different capacities over the years. We are so excited to have her on our team as Assistant Director. Miss Tracie is always a friend to children and families!

Administrator

Miss Stephanie organizes our business and creates an office of joy for our school family!

Finance Administrator

Miss Micaela keeps all our ducks in a row which is vital for our childcare business. Her smile and energy builds anyone up!

Paula Kassraie

Conscious Discipline Coach

Miss Paula has been an educator for UCPP for 20 years! She has taught every age group in our school and is now our Conscious Discipline coach! She trains staff, children, and families in the beautiful language of Conscious Discipline.
