United Christian Parish Preschool is a part day, play based, NAEYC accredited, Christian preschool program for children ages 2-5. Our team of administrators, teachers and assistants are dedicated to the nurturing and development of all children. We have a world class staff and offer a warm, nurturing and encouraging work environment.
Open positions
We are seeking teachers and teaching assistants for our growing, NAEYC-accredited, play-based preschool in Reston for the 2025-26 school year. As a ministry of United Christian Parish Preschool, we offer a warm, encouraging, nurturing work environment for children ages 2-5.

Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Have a passion for working with young children (ages 2-5)
- Be self-starters, flexible, and open to on-the-job training
- Thrive in a team environment
- Preferably have prior experience with young children
- Be CPR/First Aid certified (training available)
- Hold a college degree (preferred, but experience considered)
- Pass a background check (fingerprinting required)
- Be willing to train in Conscious Discipline and teach Creative Curriculum
- Communicate effectively in English
